Greg Steube on Government Reform

Small business should have a say in regulatory process

Steube introduced the Hearing Small Businesses of Act of 2019 to ensure that small businesses are consulted during the regulatory rulemaking process for the IRS and the Fish and Wildlife Service. "Regulations in Washington are out of control and our small businesses are suffering," said Steube. "Too often, federal agencies enact unnecessary and burdensome rules that impede small businesses. This bill seeks to ensure that the concerns of small businesses are considered in the rulemaking process."
