Legalize and regulate medical & recreational cannabis
Legalizing medical cannabis is a part of the Indiana Senate Democratic Caucus' 2019 legislative agenda. Last month, Indiana Senate Democrats--led by Sen. Eddie Melton--unveiled their priorities for the new year, which included proposing legislation to
legalize medical cannabis.
